Preposition of Class Action Lawsuit brought to the Court of Equity of Heaven
Mankind was fashioned out of the Earth, as a carbon-based lifeform, or made of the earth, where God the Creator breathed life into Man in order to create a living soul. As such, man is the equity of the land given that man was fashioned from the elements of the Land. Under Equity Law, we are the Trustee and Beneficiary of the Private Trust of our “land”, our living soul flesh and blood entity, whose value/equity is based on the fruits of our mind, body, and spirit.
This Planet has been held in captivity by mystery Babylon financial enslavement system controlled by hidden hand power elites that have stolen the equity of the creative aspirations of soul centered human beings. These Babylonian Banksters have financially enriched themselves by stealing and using the trademark and copyright of man through Social Security Numbers and other government identifiers. This trademark started with the theft of souls, and its associated productive/creative output, through the birth certificated which was the surety for a corrupt banking system (starting circa 1915 in the US). The birth certificate was made into a tradable bond, allowing the Babylonian Banksters to trade our souls, without our knowledge or consent, as a monetized commodity.
The Emperor Justinian, ruling the Eastern Roman Empire in Constantinople (now Istanbul) changed the Empire’s calendar from A.U.C. (the year of the founding of Rome) to the Julian calendar that was based on the birth of Christ. He did this in 526 A.D. Then he completely revamped the Roman laws to reflect “church law” in 529, with revisions in 530. It was called the Corpus Juris Civilis. By establishing church law, he did not realize that he was relegating himself to the role of Enforcer of Church rulings. In 534-537 this was tested, and the Bishop of Rome won. The Catholic Church then asserted massive power over all of Mankind by subordinating all legal systems under Canon Law, which gave the Church legal jurisdiction of all legal constructs of the planet. This legal system is centered around corporations which are dead entities. In 1776, the Declaration of Independence of the united States was penned and ratified by the Founding Fathers. It was a new nation uniquely conceived in liberty, based on the premise the ALL men are created equal, stating that the unalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness was granted by the Creator – not a king, not a ruler, not a president, but by a Divine Source. In the same year, the House of Rothschild came into existence through Mayer Amschel Bauer its founder; along with the creation of the Illuminati through Adam Weishaupt, who was a Jesuit steeped in Canon Law. The Illuminati created an alliance with the House of Rothschild. This unholy alliance had the Rothschild’s supply the financial wealth to enslave the world through central banking; while, the Illuminati through legal constructs would provide the necessary constructs to overlay Common, Constitutional, and Equity Law with the law of commerce through corporate entities.
The Vatican granted diplomatic/legal immunity to all corporate executives and sanctioned their associated crimes. Pope Francis’ Motu Proprio of July 11, 2013 stripped away this immunity. As such, legal action can now be taken against flesh and blood human beings that have perpetrate massive crimes against humanity, especially human trafficking using the theft of our God-given equity, where this involuntary servitude was facilitated by fraud and coercion. Saint John rightfully said in Revelation “The beast...deceiveth them that dwell on the earth.” Revelation 13:14

As stated above, Canon Law has allowed the Vatican to be the primary legal force that made it possible to overlay Common and Constitutional law, which has its roots in Equity Law, with the law of commerce (codified in 1945 with the establishment of the UCC). The pushing aside of Equity Law (first memorialized by the Magna Carta) created the basis for adjudicating all legal claims using admiralty/maritime law under a military court (covered below by the actions of President Lincoln). Commerce is buying and selling commodities and cargo through dead entities called corporations. Human beings have been made into slaves, dead entities with no living human right, that are traded commodities, through a corporate fiction. This fiction is called a “strawman”, which is represented by our name written in all capital letters that is our equity copyright. This strawman fiction, coupled with the Social Security Number, is necessary in order to do any financial transaction (e.g. banking, checking, savings, credit cards, signing up for services, etc.).
It is evident that the SSN is the “mark of the beast”, which needs to be eradicated in order to assert our God granted inalienable rights of liberty and prosperity (including financial prosperity). Revelations 13:16-17 … Also, it causes all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave, to be marked on the right hand or the forehead, so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark that is, the name of the beast or the number of its name…Thus, humanity has already been branded by the “mark of the beast”. It is time to bind mystery Babylon, and her beast; and, loose the financial freedom and abundance upon all of Mankind, which was granted by the Creator through the New Covenant written in, and on, believers hearts. The characteristic attitude of the New Covenant is found in Ezekiel 9: 4 we read: And the Lord said to him, “Go through the midst of the city, even through the midst of Jerusalem, and put a mark [tav which in original Hebrew is a cross] on the foreheads of the men who sigh and groan over all the abominations which are being committed in its midst. These marked people were preserved from Babylon captivity in their day. Today, Mystery Babylon has made it impossible for any human to live except under the deceptive Straw Man Beast System. We are sick of groaning as slaves under this modern human trafficking and deceptive Social Security funded foreign banking cartel. We want out!
Lincoln created the Emergency Warpower’s Act, because with the southern states succeeding from the Union he did not have a quorum in the legislative branch. Thus, he set up governance through executive orders. This move gave unprecedented power to the Executive Branch of the Government, and the President, which is against the balance of power as outlined in the Constitution. This action, coupled with the amendments to the Constitution after the Civil War, established that all citizens in the US were enemy combatants with no property rights including their own personage. The consequences of this action were never disclosed to the public, nor did he have the consent of the people. What was created was the necessary framework to enslave humanity, and steal the equity of living souls. To this day, the US still has in effect the Emergency Warpower Act, even though, there is no official declaration of war by Congress.
On December 23rd, 1913, without a quorum, the Federal Reserve Act was passed, which allowed a private bank to take over the currency and Treasury of the country. A mystery Babylon financial system was foisted on the American people through the ownership of the currency by European banking families. (This occurred exactly 2520 (7 x 360) years after the tribe of Judah was exiled to Babylon.) The Rothschild banking dynasty took hold of the US as it did in Europe. Baron Nathan de Rothschild’s famous quote, that sums up the strategy of the Banksters, is, “I care not what puppet is placed upon the throne of England to rule the Empire on which the sun never sets. The man that controls Britain’s money supply controls the British Empire, and I control the British money supply.”. This sums up the strategy that the Federal Reserve, and its associated European banking families, used to enslave every living being in the country without their knowledge or consent.
In 1920 the physical assets of the sub-treasury entities where absorbed into the Federal Reserve. In 1933 the US, a for profit corporation, went bankrupt. Then in 1935 the Social Security Act was enacted under fraudulent misrepresentations and conspiracy. In order for the bankrupt nation to continue to operate, it needed a valuable surety to back the financial transactions of the country, which was needed for paying for war debts and other chaos creating calamities. It was at this juncture in history that the Babylon slavery, and human trafficking system, went into unbridled operation. The SSN was used to open trust accounts for individuals that was the banking system’s surety that then used humanity as a monetized commodity. Our souls were bought and sold on financial trading platforms. These trades accumulated massive amounts of equity/value.in the various Babylonian systems like the branch banks of the Federal Reserve. These accounts appear to have been absorbed by the Treasury under Treasury Direct Accounts (TDA) with a bank routing number and our social security numbers as the account numbers of our Trusts. These accounts represent fraudulent conveyance, by the Babylonian financial system, of our individual equity through involuntary servitude based on fraudulent conveyance of our birthright.
One of the oldest fraud claims is based on theft of copyright that dates back into BC at the time of the early scribes. Today, in the US we have the Lanham Act, which is a Congressional statutory fraud act based on the theft of trademarks/copyrights. It states that if someone, or a corporation, steals a trademark or copyright and uses it to financially enrich itself; then, the trademark owner is entitled to all of the financial gains accumulated as a result of the theft and an automatic triple damages. The Lanham Act is the legal framework for us to reclaim our equity and become the trustee and beneficiary of the TDAs associated with our social security number. Given that the Lanham Act is a fraud claim, all individuals that are still alive, or their living descendants, who participated in perpetrating this fraud, are personally financially liable to right the wrong. In addition, they participated in human trafficking and slavery.
In summary, our financial identity, or trademark, is our SSN (or equivalent government id), without which we are hampered from transacting global commerce. Our financial trademark, and financial identity, has been stolen through fraudulent conveyance. Through the birth certificate, and SSN, we became the surety to the Babylonian banking system, which used us as a traded commodity, through involuntary servitude, in order to financially enrich itself, without our knowledge or consent. We are nothing more than a traded commodity, where the financial rewards are harvested by international, and national, Banksters. The Lanham Act, and previous fraud acts that have been codified within current legal systems, provides remedy to the owner of the trademark/copyright that was stolen. This remedy is satisfied by awarding all revenues gained as a result of the theft and use of trademark for financial gains; along with, an automatic trebling of the amount of the financial enrichment as punitive damages.
The TDAs, and the birth certificate bonds that created the initial equity, belong to the SSN holders that correspond to the account numbers. The Treasury, Federal Reserve, or other account holders based on SSNs as account numbers, have no legal grounds to the ownership of these accounts, because to lay any claim to them and their associated equity/assets, would be an admission to: identity theft, human trafficking, involuntary servitude, slavery, fraud, theft, etc. All of these legal components constituting serious crimes, and crimes against humanity.
We are sovereign, flesh and blood human beings, with the necessary evidence that the SSN is our financial identity. This identity belongs to us as individuals, throughout the course of our lives we have been using our respective SSNs (as our trademark), thereby consistently proving our ownership by creating/using banking accounts, mortgages, loans, use of commercial services that are predicated on supplying our SSN in order to assert our financial identity. It requires no further proof who owns that trademark, least of all any filings with the financial institutions that fraudulently created these accounts. As such, we as individuals assert, and declare, that we are the rightful owners of the equity that has been accrued; and we are the only rightful trustees, and beneficiaries, of our Trust accounts where the equity has been accumulating our entire life. Mathew 25: 14-30 in the parable of the Talents, illustrates upon the master’s return, the slaves that doubled the assets the master entrusted to them, were rewarded by becoming both trustee and beneficiary of the assets, as well as, stewards of on-going bigger rewards.
Humanity is being deceived by the Banksters, and their enslavement system. Any contracts that were entered into with these money changers and their institutions, wittingly or unwittingly, are deemed null on void given that they are based on fraud. The New Covenant with God puts humanity at the threshold of the Golden Age of prosperity, and 1000 years of peace. We enter into covenants, as opposed to contracts, with our fellow living soul humans. A contract protects the interests of the contracting parties. In a covenant, each person is more vested in protecting the interests of the other party; as God did with the New Covenant with Mankind through the crucifixion of his only begotten son, Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Our equity, accrued in the TDAs and other accounts, is our resource to bring about this Golden Age of prosperity for all of Mankind, and sentient life on the Planet and throughout all of Creation, in fulfillment of the New Covenant. Denying unfetter access to these financial resources, is against the will of the Creator. We bring forth the following Case to the Court of Equity of Heaven in order to claim sovereign title to our land, personage, and property/equity.
Prayer and Legal Proposition to the Court of Equity of Heaven
Almighty God, the Creator of the Universe, Judge of the Equity Court of Heaven, and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth mediator of this Court, we bring before this Court a class action suit that represents all of Mankind against: Satan and his minions in all dimensions that are physical and non-physical; Banksters; international banking families (e.g. Rothschild, Rockefeller, JP Morgan, Schiff, Warburg, etc.); participants in the secret meeting at Jekyll Island In 1910 and their blood relatives; central bank officials and executives current and past; IMF, World Bank, Federal Reserve, Bank of International Settlement current, and past, owners, board members, and executives; politicians being bribed or blackmailed by the banking cartel and their Cabal, Deep State overlords; complicit judiciary and their officials; and all those who participate, wittingly and unwittingly, in foisting upon Mankind involuntary servitude through the theft of equity based on the value of living souls.. We assert that Satan and his minions, the above listed Defendants, perpetrated the theft of our equity through fraud. There is not defense for fraud. Thus, the Defendants, including Satan and his minions, have no legal authority to continue to use Mankind's equity for their own financial enrichment; nor do they have the right to assert any counter claims against Mankind and its right of unfettered use, and ownership, of the accrued value of the equity.
We repent for our sins, particularly, injustices where we stole the equity of another living soul, through contracts that were not equitable to both parties; or where we have broken contracts, where our word was not our bond in a mutual agreement where we took more than we gave. We ask for forgiveness of our sins, and the sins of our blood ancestry past, present and future that have offended you God in our rebellion against you in violation of the Laws of the Equity Court of Heaven, which protects the value of all living souls. We ask for mercy for those deeds that we have wittingly, and unwittingly, done that have violated Your Laws of Equity that have caused pain and suffering to ourselves and others.
We bear witness, and bring to the Court of Equity of Heaven, the evidence that Mankind has been placed into involuntary servitude, without our consent or knowledge, which is human trafficking, and a heinous crime against humanity. As slaves, we are denied sovereignty and sovereign title to our personage, land, and property; as granted by you the Creator. The most egregious theft perpetrated by the Defendants is the theft of our land; we are flesh and blood living souls that are made from the very substance of Earth and thus we are the living "land". Our slave owners stole our equity/value from birth through the birth certificate that was converted into a commodity, or bond, that is openly traded on financial markets throughout the world. The theft of our value is further evidenced by the banking cabal creating trust accounts which have become Treasury Direct Accounts (TDA’s) associated with our Social Security Numbers where vast wealth base on our equity has been accruing, which is being used as surety by the corrupt Babylonian financial enslavement system perpetrated by the Defendants.
We ask the Court of Equity to bind the Defendants, and make public their deeds of enslavement and theft of Mankind's equity; along with, unmasking the names of the human traffickers that have placed Humanity into involuntary servitude to an illegal financial enslavement system. We ask the Court of Equity to render a swift verdict in favor of Mankind, and to adjudicate our claims. We ask the Court to also bind the financial institutions that have participated in the theft of our equity through fraud; and to loose the equity, and accrued asset value, that has been accumulated in accounts bearing our Social Security Number as the account number and identifier of rightful ownership. We ask the Court of Equity to declare that each living soul is the only rightful owner of the equity associated with our birthright of abundance through the New Covenant that is written in, and on, our heart.
We forgive and bless all of the Defendants that have enslaved Humanity through involuntary servitude, and theft of the equity of the living soul, because without their actions and crimes we could not have had enough of Humanity awaken in order to take legal action with the appropriate Courts of Heaven to be adjudicated; such that, we can fulfill our Purpose by Your Will through the New Covenant.
We ask this Court to show mercy to those that have participated in human trafficking and stealing the equity of Mankind who have repented for the pain and suffering that they caused; and, for those souls that actively seek to right the wrong.
We ask the above in the name of Jesus Christ.
We command in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, every spirit which is not of Jesus Christ to leave us quickly and quietly as we bless. Also, we request you fill us with the presence of the Holy Spirit as we bless and be healed from the afflictions and wounds that resulted from the above crimes.
